History Pub – Old Schoolmates Keeping Memories Alive Since 1939

What started out as a reunion picnic of pioneer settler’s children who attended the Latham and the earliest Cottage Grove Schools is still going on 90 years later. There will be a look at the details of the early CG school buildings and graduation histories, along with the tracing of the Old Schoolmates development as a living organization. Dana Merryday, retired educator & current SLSD substitute teacher, will be presenting. As with every History Pub there will be trivia, 50/50 Raffle, informative talk, Fun, fellowship, and the ambiance of the Axe and Fiddle
