The Rhythm Round Up is a several piece Western Swing ensemble presenting DANCE oriented music in the style of Bob Wills, with forays into the teachings of Django Reinhardt, several Hanks, Spade Cooley, Roy and Dale, der Bingo, Phil Harris and others of a bygone era. Originals and Beatnik tunes are included. Fine Harmonies, fiddle, mandolin, harmonica, steel guitar, piano, bass, drums and sometimes horns are mixed in a recipe of crowd pleasing cowboy jazz suitable for 2 steps, waltzes, swing dancing or just toe tapping. Come listen to this uniquely AMERICAN music with a beat. It's not like anything else and you'll love it.
